  Emergency Response Measures for Ironing Machines

 

  1. Before turning on the ironing machine, make sure to fully prepare by checking the water flow rate of the cooling circulation system, inspecting the steam pipes for any cracks or signs of brittleness, and verifying that the power switch connections are correct.

 

  2. During operation, pay attention to the valve pressure gauge reading to prevent accidental incidents caused by automatic control valve failure.

 

  3. If a steam pipe ruptures during ironing, first turn off the power switch of the gas-fired steam boiler and immediately release the steam to reduce pressure.

 

  4. Select the heating environment temperature based on the chemical fiber properties of the fabric.

 

  5. Press the pressure regulator or touch-screen switch to ensure that the vapor is sprayed from the baseplate holes directly onto the item, preventing damage to clothing.

 

  6. Pay attention to regularly checking the ambient temperature conditions of the gas-fired steam boiler.

 

  7. Monitor the water level system carefully—when the water volume drops below the critical threshold, the power will automatically shut off to prevent dry-running.

 

  8. At the end of each day's operation, turn on the generator's drain valve to remove water and clean out any accumulated dirt.

 

  9. When stopping the product, first release the standard air pressure inside the steamer down to zero to prevent negative pressure from developing after the steamer cools, which could lead to water leakage during the next operation.

 

  10. Thoroughly inspect the steam ironing table, compressed air pipelines, mechanical pumps, and other auxiliary equipment to ensure all facilities and machinery are functioning properly and operating smoothly under normal conditions.

 

  11. After work, be sure to promptly turn off power sources, close valves, and clean, maintain, and service the equipment.
