Feature Overview:

★ Configure an infrared automatic fabric-unfolding system to maintain a consistent sag between the fabric and the conveyor belt, ensuring tension-free unfolding of the cloth.

★ The three functional groups—humidification, drying, and cooling—are all connected via a high-temperature mesh conveyor belt, ensuring the fabric remains tension-free as it undergoes functional processing in each designated area.

★ Built-in automatic correction system allows the conveyor belt to self-adjust for any misalignment, ensuring its longevity.

★ The humidification zone uses a steam-jet system, enabling the fabric to absorb more moisture within a limited time, thus achieving optimal rehydration performance.

★ Install a steam recovery hood to remove residual water and steam exhaust from the humidification zone, ensuring no dripping occurs onto the fabric and preventing any impact on the surrounding environment.

★ In the drying zone, infrared rays are used for drying from above, while steam heating is applied from below—both ensuring a consistent temperature that prevents scorching or damaging the fabric, thus avoiding unsightly marks. This method is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

★ The cooling and shaping area features a powerful built-in top-and-bottom air-blowing system, enabling rapid cooling and stabilization of the fabric.
