The linear large-roller pressure laminator features a PLC-based intelligent human-machine interface for precise control of all key technical parameters. Equipped with a pressure roller diameter of up to 160mm, this machine is ideal for laminating ultra-thin materials—such as delicate lingerie fabrics. With its versatile applications, it excels in functions like fabric lamination, interlining bonding, ironing and shaping, printing, and hot-fix rhinestone application. Additionally, the machine comes equipped with an automatic conveyor belt alignment system, ensuring long-lasting durability and protection for seamless belts.
  

Feature Overview:

1. The high-temperature Teflon conveyor belt operates in a continuous "○"-shaped loop, preventing the drive roller from being entangled with adhesive material and thus avoiding contamination of the bonded product (fabric).
  2. This machine features a novel design that is more user-friendly. The main motor is driven by a frequency converter, ensuring both stability and energy efficiency.
3. An automatic correction system is employed to ensure the upper and lower belts remain aligned.
4. Equipped with seamless belts made from imported materials for enhanced durability and smoother bonding of the fabric.  
5. An extended belt feeding area is set up at the entrance to enhance work efficiency.
6. Equipped with 12 sets of specialized heating plates and a two-stage heating system, allowing users to independently set the temperature of either the front or rear heating plates for more precise control of the desired temperature within the melt zone.
7. The pressure roller is wrapped with high-temperature-resistant silicone and uses cylinder-based pressurization, ensuring more stable adhesive pressure for optimal bonding performance.
8. Equipped with a powerful exhaust cooling system, it quickly cools and sets the bonded fabric, ensuring an even more ideal adhesion result.
