Feature Overview:
■ The integrated hot-and-cold laminator (direct cooling) features full-process control via a PLC-based intelligent human-machine interface, ensuring greater precision in all technical parameters.
■This machine is divided into two zones—cold and hot—separated by an insulation layer and equipped with a heat recovery and regeneration system. This setup effectively isolates the cold and hot zones, preventing heat from the hot area from infiltrating the cooler zone, thereby reducing thermal energy loss while promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
■ Features a front hot zone and a rear cold zone, both connected by the same conveyor belt. The upper and lower belts are designed as an "O"-shaped, continuous loop—eliminating the need for S-shaped guide rollers. This innovative design simplifies adhesive removal, ensuring the conveyor belt remains clean and well-maintained over time, thereby maximizing its efficiency and longevity.
■ The hot-melt zone is equipped with 15 pairs of special heating plates—upper and lower—and infrared radiation-based temperature-reinforcement devices, enabling faster and more precise belt heating. The hot-melt temperature is adjustable between 30°C and 200°C. Additionally, the front section of the conveyor features pneumatic roller pressing for enhanced heat distribution during the heating process.
During the transfer process, pressure is applied simultaneously as the adhesive material and fabric melt together thoroughly, resulting in a particularly strong bond between the components.
■The cold stamping area features a built-in refrigerant chiller and cold stamping molds, with adjustable cooling temperatures ranging from 10 to 35°C. At the tail end of the cold zone, pneumatic roller pressing is applied using rubber rollers to reapply pressure after cold stamping, ensuring the adhesive material becomes glossy, smooth, and free of wrinkles—resulting in precise dimensions.
It maintains its shape without deformation, feels soft and smooth to the touch, delivers noticeable results—fast, efficient, and with high output. Plus, the belt doesn’t stick to adhesive, making it ideal for laminating even bare adhesive films.
■ Equipped with multiple sets of upper and lower belt cleaning devices to ensure the belt operates in a pristine, clean condition. The exit is fitted with a powerful exhaust and cooling system to re-solidify and cool the bonded material after adhesion.
