The integrated hot-and-cold bonding machine (water-cooled type) is specifically designed for processes such as hot-melt adhesive application, PUR dot dispensing, and seamless underwear lamination & pressing. It features a front section for hot melt hot pressing and a rear section for cold press cooling, seamlessly integrating both hot and cold pressing into one compact, directly cooled shaping and bonding unit. This innovative machine has also been granted a National Invention Patent (Patent No.: ZL 2020 2 1978878.X). It is ideal for applications including spandex three-layer composites, elastic underwear fabric bonding, footwear material compounding, automotive sponge seat cushion laminations, and fabric-backed interlining adhesion, among others. 


 Feature Overview:

1. The integrated hot-and-cold bonding machine (water-cooled) features full-process control via a PLC-based intelligent human-machine interface, ensuring greater precision in all technical parameters. 
2. This machine is divided into two zones—cold and hot—separated by an insulation layer and equipped with a heat recovery and regeneration system. This setup effectively isolates the cold and hot zones, preventing heat from the hot zone from infiltrating the cold zone, thereby minimizing thermal energy loss while promoting energy efficiency and environmental conservation. 
3. Features a front hot zone and a rear cold zone, both connected by the same conveyor belt. The upper and lower belts are designed as interlocking "○"-shaped loops, eliminating the need for S-shaped guide rollers. This innovative design simplifies胶 removal—no more roller disassembly required—ensuring the conveyor belt stays clean and durable, ultimately boosting its overall efficiency and usability. 
4. The hot-melt zone is equipped with 15 pairs of specialized heating plates—upper and lower—and infrared radiation-based temperature-reinforcement devices, enabling faster and more precise belt heating. The hot-melt temperature is adjustable between 30°C and 200°C. Additionally, the zone features pneumatic roller pressing at the front section of the conveyor belt, which applies controlled pressure while the adhesive material and fabric are heated and fused together, ensuring exceptionally strong bonding of the components. 
5. The cold pressing zone features a built-in water-cooled chilling mold, with the cooling temperature adjustable between 10°C and 35°C. A pneumatic rubber roller is installed at the end of the cooling section to apply secondary pressure after cold pressing, ensuring a smooth and wrinkle-free bonded product with stable dimensions, a soft and fine texture, and remarkable results. This process delivers high speed, large output, and non-stick conveyor belts, making it suitable for bonding even bare adhesive films.
6. Equipped with multiple sets of upper and lower belt cleaning devices to ensure the belt operates in a consistently clean condition. The exit is fitted with a powerful exhaust and cooling system, allowing the bonded material to cool and set into its final shape once again.
