Feature Overview:

Configure an infrared automatic fabric-unfolding system to maintain a consistent sag between the fabric and the conveyor belt, ensuring tension-free unfolding of the cloth.

The three functional groups—humidification, drying, and cooling—are all connected via a high-temperature mesh conveyor belt, ensuring the fabric remains tension-free as it undergoes functional processing in each designated area.

Built-in automatic correction system allows the conveyor belt to self-adjust for any misalignment, ensuring its longevity.

The humidification zone uses a steam-jet system, enabling the fabric to absorb more moisture within a limited time, thus achieving optimal rehydration performance.

Install a steam recovery hood to remove residual water and steam exhaust from the humidification zone, ensuring no dripping occurs onto the fabric and preventing any impact on the surrounding environment.

In the drying zone, infrared rays are used for drying from above, while steam heating is applied from below—both ensuring a consistent temperature that prevents scorching or damaging the fabric, thus avoiding unsightly marks. This method is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
