Special:
This machine was designed with super strong fusing function. Its heating zone is up to 2.2m long with 15 sets special heating plates arranged in wave shape. The heating system is controlled by microprocessor controller and each heating plate is individually indicated and status is shown clearly in pattern. So the temperature is much accurate in ensuring the materials can be laminated in thorough and smooth. Equipped with high temperature silicon wrapped special high pressure rollers driven by pneumatic pressure to achieve the best and strong bonding effect.
 

Functions：
1. Using imported high temperature Teflon belt installed in “○” shape loop in avoiding the adhesive dirt the fabrics by the rollers.
2. Equipped with high temperature optical sensors for the belt edge alignment in ensuring the belt always in center position and much durable.
3. Equipped with good brand frequency modulator in ensuring its stability and save energy.
4. Equipped with 15 sets special heating plates arranged in wave shape. So the temperature is much accurate in ensuring the materials can be laminated in thorough and smooth.
5. Heating system equipped with microprocessor controllers in ensuring the temperature is much accurate in the heating zone.
6. Each heating plate is individually indicated and status is shown clearly in pattern.
7. Equipped with high temperature silicon wrapped special high pressure rollers driven by pneumatic pressure to achieve the best and strong bonding effect.
8. Equipped with belt cleaning device for the upper and lower belts, ensure the machine is working in the best clean state.
9. Equipped with strong exhausted fan as cooling system, ensure the fusing fabric to be cooled down immediately.
