1.The cold-hot composite bonding machine (direct cooling) is fully controlled via an intelligent PLC human-machine interface, ensuring precise and accurate technical indicators.
2.The machine is divided into hot and cold zones, with an insulation layer and a heat recovery and reuse system installed between them. This design effectively separates the two zones, preventing heat transfer from the hot zone to the cold zone, thereby reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.
3.The machine features a front hot zone and a rear cold zone, connected by a continuous conveyor belt. The upper and lower belts form an endless loop without S-shaped guide rollers, eliminating the need for disassembly and glue cleaning. This design ensures long-term cleanliness and higher usability of the conveyor belts.
4.The hot melting zone is equipped with 15 sets of special heating plates and infrared radiation supplementary heating devices, enabling faster and more precise belt temperature control. The hot melting temperature is adjustable between 30°C and 200°C. A front pneumatic rubber roller applies pressure during heating and conveying, ensuring thorough fusion of adhesive and fabric for strong bonding.
5.The cold pressing zone incorporates a refrigerant cooling unit and cold pressing molds, with cooling temperatures adjustable between 10°C and 35°C. A rear pneumatic rubber roller applies additional pressure after cold pressing to enhance shaping, resulting in smooth, wrinkle-free, and dimensionally stable bonded products with a soft and fine texture. This process ensures high efficiency, high output, non-stick conveyor belts, and is even suitable for bare adhesive film bonding.
6.Multiple sets of upper and lower belt cleaning devices are installed to maintain cleanliness during operation. An outlet equipped with a powerful exhaust cooling system further cools and sets the bonded materials after processing.
