Feature Overview:
1. The integrated hot-and-cold bonding machine (water-cooled) features full-process control via a PLC-based intelligent human-machine interface, ensuring greater precision in all technical parameters.
2. This machine is divided into two zones—cold and hot—separated by an insulation layer and equipped with a heat recovery and regeneration system. This setup effectively isolates the cold and hot zones, preventing heat from the hot zone from infiltrating the cold area, thereby reducing thermal energy loss while promoting energy efficiency and environmental conservation.
3. Features a front hot zone and a rear cold zone, both connected by the same conveyor belt. The upper and lower belts are designed as interlocking "○"-shaped loops, eliminating the need for S-shaped guide rollers. This innovative design simplifies adhesive removal—no more roller disassembly required—ensuring the conveyor belt stays clean and durable, ultimately enhancing its overall efficiency and usability.
4. The hot-melt zone is equipped with 15 sets of special heating plates—7 upper and 8 lower—and infrared radiation-based temperature-reinforcement devices, enabling faster and more precise belt heating. The hot-melt temperature is adjustable between 30°C and 200°C. Additionally, the zone features pneumatic roller pressing at the front section of the conveyor belt, which applies controlled pressure during the heating process. This ensures thorough melting of the adhesive material and fabric while simultaneously strengthening the bond, resulting in exceptionally durable jointing.
5. The cold-pressing area features a built-in water-cooled mold with adjustable cooling temperatures ranging from 10°C to 35°C. At the end of the cold zone, pneumatic roller pressing is applied to reinforce the shaping process after cold pressing, ensuring the adhesive material remains glossy, smooth, wrinkle-free, dimensionally stable, and feels soft and delicate. This results in exceptional quality, fast processing speeds, high productivity, and prevents the conveyor belt from sticking to the adhesive. Additionally, this machine can also be used to laminate bare adhesive films effectively.
6. Equipped with multiple sets of upper and lower belt cleaning devices to ensure the belt operates in a consistently clean condition. The exit is fitted with a powerful exhaust and cooling system, allowing the bonded material to cool and set once again.
