2. Built-in high-temperature-resistant fiber-optic data sensor-based automatic belt-centering system ensures the conveyor belt stays aligned, enhancing its durability.
3. Equipped with a variable-frequency drive for the main motor, ensuring both stability and energy efficiency.
4. Built-in 21 special heating plates arranged in a wave-like pattern, creating an extended heat-melting effect that ensures the adhesive material achieves a more uniform, smoother, and stronger bond.
