A high-precision temperature controller precisely regulates the heating system, ensuring optimal and consistent temperatures throughout the bonding zone—critical for achieving a perfectly controlled melt point of the adhesive material. Additionally, a large-pressure roller (with a diameter of 200 mm) applies stable, uniform pressure across every contact point on the silicone roller, resulting in superior bonding quality and flawless finished products. This machine is ideal for applications such as spandex three-layer composites, elastic lingerie fabric bonding, footwear material integration, automotive sponge seat cushion compounding, fabric laminating, and more.

1. A high-temperature Teflon belt is used for “○”-shaped, circumferential conveyance, preventing the drive roller from being entangled with adhesive material that could contaminate the bonding agent (fabric), thus keeping the conveyor belt surface clean. 
2. Built-in high-temperature-resistant fiber-optic data sensor-based automatic belt-centering system ensures the conveyor belt stays aligned, enhancing its durability. 
3. Equipped with a variable-frequency drive for the main motor, ensuring both stability and energy efficiency. 
4. Built-in 21 special heating plates arranged in a wave-like pattern, creating an extended heat-melting effect that ensures the adhesive material achieves a more uniform, smoother, and stronger bond. 
5. Configure multiple precision thermostats to control the heating system, ensuring more accurate temperatures in the heating zones. 
6. Equipped with patterned LED indicator lights that independently display the heating status of each heating plate group, making the operational status instantly clear at a glance. 
7. Large-diameter pressure roller (diameter 200mm) with high-temperature silicone coating, combined with cylinder pressurization, ensures stronger adhesion between the adhesive and workpiece, resulting in a more perfect final product. 
8. Equip multiple sets of upper and lower belt cleaning devices to ensure the belt operates in a consistently clean condition. 
9. Equipped with a powerful exhaust cooling system to quickly cool and set the bonded material into shape.
