Feature Overview:

1. The Wen Tiefu conveyor belt uses a "○"-shaped, looped transmission system to prevent the drive rollers from being entangled with adhesive, thus avoiding contamination of the bonding material (fabric).
2. This machine features a novel design that is more user-friendly. The main motor is driven by a frequency converter, ensuring both stability and energy efficiency.
3. An automatic correction system is used to ensure the upper and lower belts remain aligned.
4. Made from imported materials, the seamless belt offers enhanced durability and ensures a smoother bonding of the fabric.
5. An extended belt feeding area is set up at the entrance to enhance work efficiency.
6. Equipped with twelve sets of specialized heating plates and a two-stage heating system, allowing users to independently set the temperature of either the front or rear heating plates—ensuring more precise temperature control within the melt zone.
7. The pressure roller is wrapped with high-temperature-resistant silicone and uses cylinder-based pressurization, ensuring more stable adhesive pressure for optimal bonding performance.
8. Equipped with a powerful exhaust cooling system, it quickly cools and sets the bonded fabric in place, ensuring an even more ideal bonding result.
