Features: 
This machine features a seamless "O"-shaped conveyor belt that wraps around the system, preventing adhesive from sticking to and contaminating the drive rollers—thus keeping the conveyor surface impeccably clean. Equipped with pneumatic pressure adjustment, the machine ensures even and robust pressure distribution across all points of the press roller. Ideal for applications such as fabric lamination, interlining bonding, heat-setting, printing, and hot-fix rhinestone application, this machine also includes an automatic belt-centering feature to safeguard the long-lasting durability of the seamless conveyor belt.

1. The main motor is driven by a frequency converter, ensuring both stability and energy efficiency. 
2. The seamless conveyor belt is equipped with an automatic centering system to ensure the upper and lower belts remain properly aligned. 
3. The seamless top-and-bottom conveyor belt features a circular design, preventing the drive shaft from getting contaminated by adhesive materials and ensuring a clean belt surface. 
4. Equipped with six built-in heating plates—upper and lower—and featuring a precise thermostat, this system ensures more accurate temperature control within the hot-melt zone. 
5. The pressure roller features a high-temperature-resistant imported silicone coating and is pressurized by a cylinder, ensuring more stable and uniform bonding pressure. 
6. Equipped with a digital, high-precision pneumatic pressure regulator valve for more accurate pressure adjustment, ensuring optimal adhesion performance of the product. 
7. Equipped with a powerful exhaust cooling system, it quickly cools and sets the bonded fabric, ensuring an even more ideal adhesion result. 
8. The conveyor belt exit is equipped with a peeling device that accurately removes the fabric from the belt.
