Feature Overview:
1. Install an infrared automatic fabric-feeding system that maintains a consistent sag between the fabric and the conveyor belt, ensuring tension-free fabric placement.
2. The three functional groups—humidification, drying, and cooling—are all connected via a high-temperature mesh conveyor belt, ensuring the fabric remains in a tension-free state while undergoing functional processing in each designated area.
3. A built-in automatic correction system allows the conveyor belt to self-adjust any deviations, ensuring its longevity.
4. The humidification zone employs a steam-jet system, allowing the fabric to absorb more moisture within a limited time, thereby achieving an optimal rehydration effect.
5. Install a steam recovery hood to extract any remaining water and steam vapor from the humidification zone, ensuring no dripping occurs and preventing any impact on the surrounding environment.
6. In the drying zone, the top is dried using infrared irradiation, while the bottom is heated with steam for even, consistent temperatures—ensuring fabrics are dried without scorching or leaving marks. This process is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
7. The cooling and shaping area features powerful built-in top and bottom air-blowing functions, enabling rapid cooling and stabilization of the fabric.
8. After the fabric has cooled and set into shape, a swing-arm mechanism is used to gently fold and neatly arrange the cloth, making it easy to align and store.
9. Equipped with a high-precision encoder for accurate measurement of fabric length and shrinkage rate.
