Delivery section:

☆ Features three-stage independent speed control for the mesh belt conveyor, offering three key advantages:

1. Depending on the fabric type, you can opt for multi-band differential feed to achieve excellent straight-shrinkage performance during processing, resulting in a higher shrinkage rate.

2. The drying zone employs an independent mesh belt conveyor system to separate water from fire and keep cold and hot areas distinct, ensuring that the drying area remains free from moisture, cold belts, and chilling air. This design effectively locks in the oven’s thermal efficiency, significantly enhancing the drying performance.

3. Since the cooling and shaping section also uses an independent mesh conveyor belt, it avoids thermal interference from the heated belt, resulting in more effective cooling. This significantly enhances the overall energy-saving performance of the machine while reducing operational costs.

☆The front-section conveyor belt uses adjustable speed to feed the fabric into the spray-moisturizing area, steam-moisturizing area, and the steam-tail recovery and regeneration zone—all while maintaining a tension-free state.

☆ The middle-section conveyor belt uses an adjustable-speed mechanism to feed the fabric into the drying zone without any tension.

☆ The rear-section conveyor belt uses an adjustable-speed mechanism to feed the fabric into the cooling and setting zone without any tension.

☆The transmission belt is equipped with an automatic pneumatic and infrared alignment system, ensuring the conveyor belt stays on track, extends its service life, and minimizes deviations.

 

II. Spray-Mist Humidification Section:

☆ Equipped with a high-quality cold spray system for effective spraying and humidification on the fabric's front side (patented technology).

III. Steam Humidification Section:

☆ Utilizing a pure steam humidification system, the process effectively sprays moisture onto the reverse (bottom) side of the fabric, seamlessly blending cool mist with hot steam. This ensures that the fabric absorbs more water within a limited timeframe, delivering optimal humidification results.

IV. Partial Use of Recovered and Regenerated Steam Exhaust:

☆ Install steam and exhaust steam recovery systems to provide the third effective humidification stage for fabric surfaces—both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

V. Cold and Hot Wastewater Recovery Section:

☆ Residues of condensed water and waste steam from the cold and hot humidification zones are separately collected and treated, ensuring no dripping occurs (patented technology)—a solution that’s both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

6. Drying Section:

☆ Equipped with both steam heating and electric heating (adjustable from 80°C to 200°C), this system converts thermal energy using a unique operating principle, enabling fabrics to achieve efficient shrinkage and drying in the shortest possible time.

7. Cooling and Setting Section:

☆ Equipped with powerful top and bottom blow-and-draw ventilation, enabling fabrics to cool and set quickly.

8. Fabric Folding Section:

☆ Equipped with a rocker-arm mechanism, it gently and neatly folds fabric into crisp stacks, making it easy to arrange and store.

9. Metering Device Section:

☆ Equipped with an electronic counter for precise measurement of fabric quantity and length shrinkage rate.
