Features:

This machine features a unique humidification system, combined with advanced heat-to-dry technology and optional cooling & shaping options—such as industrial refrigeration or air cooling—integrating three cutting-edge technologies into a single, eco-friendly pre-shrinking and setting unit: the EL-108ECO-Ⅱ. After passing through this machine, fabric undergoes precise adjustments to its warp and weft yarns, ensuring stable fabric dimensions while enhancing its softness. As a result, garments maintain their shape even after repeated ironing, ultimately delivering superior quality and comfort.
 

Feature Overview:

1. The machine is equipped with a humidification zone, a steam recovery zone, and a drying & shaping zone. The first three zones are connected via an integrated conveyor system using high-temperature Teflon mesh belts, while the cooling and shaping zone features a separate mesh belt conveyor. This design ensures that the fabric undergoes functional processing in each zone without any tension.

2. Install a pneumatic correction system to enable the conveyor belt to self-align, ensuring its extended service life.

3. The humidification zone uses steam injection to moisten the fabric, enabling it to absorb more water within a limited time frame, thus achieving the optimal hydration effect.

4. Pioneeringly incorporates a steam exhaust recovery and regeneration feature, which can be used to preheat and humidify fabrics—making it both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

5. The drying area utilizes a combination of heat energy—bottom heating via steam plates and upper heating through infrared irradiation—to ensure uniform temperature distribution, preventing fabric scorching or leaving any marks.

6. The cooling and shaping area is equipped with powerful top and bottom air-blowing (or chilled-air) functions to rapidly cool and set the fabric in shape. (Optional: Industrial refrigeration or air-cooling system available.)

7. After the fabric is cooled and shaped, it is gently folded into neat stacks using a swing-arm mechanism, making it easier for subsequent operations.

8. Equipped with a high-precision electronic encoder for accurate measurement of fabric length and shrinkage rate.
