After printing and dyeing, the fabric is placed into the pre-shrinking machine, where it is cooled with high-temperature steam, achieving the desired pre-shrinking effect. Once processed through our pre-shrinking machine, the finished garments maintain a stable size—meaning they won’t shrink, no matter how many times they’re washed in a machine.

Our pre-shrinking machine features an automatically adjustable pre-shrinkage rate. When the difference between the actual pre-shrinkage rate and the rated pre-shrinkage rate stays within ±0.2%, the fabric output speed remains unchanged. However, if the actual pre-shrinkage rate exceeds 0.2% above the rated level, the control system sends a signal to increase the fabric output speed—continuing until the discrepancy between the actual and rated pre-shrinkage rates returns to within ±0.2%. At that point, both the fabric input and output speeds are stabilized. Conversely, if the actual pre-shrinkage rate falls below the rated level by more than 0.2%, the control system activates a signal to slow down the fabric output speed—again, maintaining this adjustment until the difference between the two rates once again settles within ±0.2%, after which both input and output speeds resume their original settings.

The steam circulation system of the pre-shrinking machine delivers energy savings of approximately 40% compared to similar products, while ensuring zero water dripping for even better pre-shrinking performance. The machine is designed with four key sections: the fabric-unloading area, the steam pre-shrinking zone, the drying and setting area, and the cooling and fabric-exiting section. Notably, the steam tray design has earned a national invention patent. Steam injection is carried out using high-grade 304 stainless steel, and the injection zone features a non-condensing system, significantly reducing steam consumption and enhancing energy efficiency. Compared to comparable models, the innovative internal steam circulation design helps cut steam usage by about 40%. As a result, fabrics treated by this pre-shrinking machine achieve superior qualities—such as enhanced elasticity, excellent wrinkle resistance, and improved durability against pilling.
