Our pre-shrinking machine features an automatically adjustable pre-shrinkage rate. When the difference between the actual pre-shrinkage rate and the rated pre-shrinkage rate stays within ±0.2%, the fabric output speed remains unchanged. However, if the actual pre-shrinkage rate exceeds 0.2% above the rated level, the control system sends a signal to increase the fabric output speed—continuing until the discrepancy between the actual and rated pre-shrinkage rates returns to within ±0.2%. At that point, both the fabric input and output speeds are stabilized.
