Which brand of fabric rolling machine is good? What should you do if the fabric rolling machine breaks down?

Nowadays, many textile manufacturing industries and garment processing companies rely on modern fabric rolling machines. However, when purchasing these machines in the market, you’ll find that they come from multiple brands, each offering distinct features and available in a wide range of models. Navigating this variety can be confusing, but choosing a reputable brand is actually crucial for ensuring quality and performance.

Now, many textile manufacturing industries and garment processing companies rely on modern fabric-reeling machines. However, when shopping in the market, you’ll find that these machines come from multiple brands, each offering distinct features—and available in a wide range of models. It can be tricky to know which one to choose, but ultimately, selecting a reputable brand is crucial.

When choosing a brand for your fabric rolling machine, you can purchase the right model by aligning it with your specific needs. However, even the best brands can’t entirely eliminate the possibility of malfunctions after the machine is put into operation—though the likelihood of such issues is relatively low. Additionally, improper handling or incorrect settings by operators may also lead to occasional problems. If a fault occurs, stay calm and assess whether you can resolve it yourself. If not, don’t hesitate to reach out to the manufacturer’s after-sales service team for assistance.
Most malfunctions that occur during the operation of the fabric rolling machine aren’t major issues—they can usually be resolved with a bit of self-adjustment. For instance, if the machine experiences unstable cross-rolling while working, consistently drifting to one side, you can simply adjust the fabric’s tension to achieve the right balance, restoring it to normal operation. Alternatively, the problem might also stem from improper tension settings; in this case, try tweaking those adjustments first. If fine-tuning doesn’t solve the issue, you’ll need to keep investigating further to identify the root cause.
When the fabric rolling machine is in operation, it sometimes experiences unstable vertical and horizontal traction forces, causing the cylindrical fabric roll to sway uncontrollably—this is actually a common malfunction. The primary cause of this issue is that the lower end of the expansion rod lacks a fixed seat ring designed to maintain stability, which allows its upper end to swing continuously, either vertically or even side-to-side. As a result, the rolled fabric becomes uneven and fails to meet the required quality standards. To resolve this problem, simply resecure the expansion rod and ensure its base is firmly anchored. Once everything is properly stabilized and the machine is restarted, it should resume functioning smoothly as intended.
A common malfunction during the operation of a cloth-rolling machine is when the fabric-drawing roller consistently shifts to one side. This issue typically occurs because the top of the expansion rod has become misaligned and off-center. To resolve this, simply readjust the expansion mechanism—aligning it precisely at the center—and then securely fasten the expander in place. This adjustment will ensure the machine’s fabric-drawing roller remains centered, preventing any further left-or-right shifting.
When the fabric rolling machine is operating, uneven or bumpy surfaces on the fabric may occur. One of the common causes for this issue is that the expansion rod isn’t securely holding the fabric in place. To resolve this, simply re-tighten the rod to ensure it’s firmly fixed. Another possible reason is when the machine’s extension rod fails to maintain consistent contact with the fabric surface. In such cases, adjust the position of the extension rod until it makes full, even contact with the fabric. Once you restart the machine, you’ll notice that the rolled fabric is now perfectly smooth, with no signs of unevenness.
