Technical Specifications and Operational Precautions for Flat-Sheet Adhesive Machines
Do you know what precautions should be taken when operating a flat-laminating adhesive machine? 1. Operators must fully understand the machine’s performance and working principles before handling the equipment. The machine should be operated exclusively by trained personnel; unauthorized individuals are not allowed to open or move it at will. 2. Before production begins, inspect electrical components such as cables, circuit breakers, contactors, and motors to ensure they meet the required specifications....
I. Technical Specifications of the Flat-Sheet Laminating Machine:
Working width: 18,000 mm
Equipment harness: 0–45 m
Equipment dimensions (L × W × H): 3900 × 2400 × 1580 mm
Total equipment power: 64 kW
Power supply: 380V 50Hz
Machine-humanized design saves operators time and effort;
Small-scale, diversified production design saves costs, features a digital control system for improved operability.
II. Precautions for Operating the Flat-Sheet Adhesive Machine:
1. Operators of the flat-laminating machine may only operate the equipment after they have fully familiarized themselves with its performance and operating principles. The equipment must be operated by a designated person; unauthorized personnel are not permitted to open or move it at will.
2. Before production, inspect whether cables, circuit breakers, contactors, motors, and other electrical components meet the required specifications.
3. Before production, check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced; starting the equipment with a missing phase is strictly prohibited.
4. During production, check whether all rotary joints are stable, pipelines are clear, and if there is any damage or oil leakage—address any issues promptly.
5. Before production begins, the thermal oil heater must be turned on and allowed to heat up until the temperature reaches the level required by the process specifications—only then can production be increased.
6. Before production, check the pressure of each air gauge to ensure it’s functioning properly, verify that there are no leaks in the air lines, and address and repair any issues promptly and effectively.
7. Before production, inspect the tightness of all connections for any signs of loosening or detachment, and repair them promptly if necessary.
8. Before mass production of the equipment, a small-scale trial should be conducted first; full-scale production must not commence until the trial is successful.
9. Before production begins, the lubrication status of each hydraulic station, gearbox, bearing housing, screw assembly, and other components must be thoroughly inspected, ensuring that hydraulic oil and lubricants are added correctly and promptly.
10. After shutting down the flat-laminating machine, promptly clean the glue tank, doctor blade assembly, and anilox roller to remove any residual adhesive and debris from all internal components, ensuring the machine is ready for immediate use next time.
11. Corrosive ionic liquids must never come into contact with rubber rollers. Always ensure that the surfaces of all drive rollers are kept clean and free of foreign objects.
12. Absolutely no clutter is allowed around the hot oil machine. Keep the machine and its surroundings clean and free of any foreign objects. Never touch the oil transfer hose with your hands while the hot oil machine is in operation.

III. Features of the Flat-Sheet Laminating Machine:
1. Automatic edge-aligning system—automatically aligns edges, saving you effort.
2. Tension-free unloading device, no wrinkles, and reduced labor intensity.
3. Eco-friendly, advanced heating system, user-friendly operation, and easy maintenance.
4. For the application materials and finished products, we need to adopt either data-based winding or surface-selection teaching methods.
5. Thin sheets are easy to handle, making cleaning more convenient, along with a suction-based cooling system.
